Hello! I'm Suly (like from Monsters Inc), I collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to understand, define, and deliver meaningful experiences for people while driving impactful outcomes for organisations.

My most scaled work being at GOV.UK One Login, where alongside an incredibly talented team, I played a key role in its growth from launch to 500,000 successful accounts by the time I left. This helped bring the program closer to its vision: a single, secure way for everyone to access GOV.UK services.

My work on GOV.UK One Login extended beyond UX design. I created design documentation that is now live on the GOV.UK site and contributed to the GOV.UK Design System with patterns like Confirm a phone number. I also collaborated closely with our technical writer, whose technical documentation went on to win a national award in 2022.

I specialise in crafting structured and detailed design documentation that helps teams align and execute with clarity and confidence.

Beyond design, I am line managing designers at various stages of their careers, helping them develop their skills and confidence in complex environments. As well as leading diverse teams ensuring alignment in high-pressured programmes of work that often require delivering at pace.
