I have eight years of experience designing across government, health, and beyond. My work on GOV.UK One Login reached over half a million people when I left the programme, with the number being considerably higher now. The patterns I contributed are now part of the GOV.UK Design System.

Outside delivery I build the things that enables teams to do their best work: documentation standards, contributing to community of practice sessions, and right now, sharing my working practice around agentic delivery with the wider consultancy.

I lead by creating the conditions for quality, not by being in the middle of it.
